The Gaming Partners International (GPI) annual meeting is coming up on May 23 at the Encore in Las Vegas. I assume you need to be a shareholder of record to attend.
GPI is a public company, headquartered in No. Las Vegas. Their annual 10-K report is available online. Here's a few bits of info from it:
Total worldwide revenues for 2017 was $80.6 million, down 2% from the prior year.
They sell chips/plaques/jetons (they call them "casino currency"), plus playing cards, dice, furniture, etc. using 5 brands: BG, Paulson, Blue Chip (BC), Bud Jones, and Dolphin.
Revenues mostly come from casino currency (41%) and playing cards (31%) with all other products comprising the remaining 23%. They're selling an increasing share of RFID chips, with non-RFID chips declining.
Most sales are geographically in The Americas (68%), then Asia/Pacific (29%), with Europe/Africa only 3% of total.
GPI traces its B et G roots to founding in Europe in 1925.
That's all folks!
