Found out after I posted this that I was mistaken..they will NOT re-open the poker room at the former Monte Carlo casino, soon to be MGM Park.

Too bad, since that part of the Strip also lost the Luxor poker room last year, and rumors that the Mandalay Bay poker room might be closing too at some time in the near future.

If that is the case, that would leave just the Excalibur and MGM on that part of the Strip for Poker..
