Cindy's laptop suddenly started acting up tonight. Whenever you hit the backspace button it types a 4 instead of removing a letter. Several other of the keys also type a 4 or 3 instead of the correct letter or symbol. The 4 key itself works normally. Is this a virus of some type? I restored her machine to before the last update which was from this afternoon but it still acts the same. Any ideas?
