Checked some phone books...they show the address as being 1906 North Main from 1948-1950; prior to 1948 they show the address of BC Highway; 1952 and later shows the 1920 N. Main St. address. That doesn't fully agree with my database (which was about 90% based on The Gaming Table Audit Edition)

Didn't find any mention of Guy, But found this in a 1947 Las Vegan magazine:
