Yes you can trade at the show.

Personal chip Contest: you can enter any chip yours or someone else's from any time current or older chip. All chips must be given to me buy noon Saturday, the sooner the better. We will announce the winner at 2pm. The contest is free!!! If you can not make the show you can send me a chip and enter that way, But you will not get it back.
