Just a guess, but "Amercasi" sounds like abbreviation for Americana Casinos Inc. -- perhaps the parent company of the 3 Americana casinos in Aruba, San Juan Puerto Rico and in Curacao?

The logo is similar to the Puerto Rico property (chip from Chip Guide below):

I don't think it relates to the charter bus service in CA. JMO.
