I am making an assumption with this attribution. I do believe these belonged to Ernie Primm...just not 100% sure of where they were used. EPC Club could of meant many things...

Or Just a few different Initials of guys in partnership with Ernie Primm.....but I do believe these chips are somehow associated with him.....but I could also be 100% wrong. I’m OK with that if it gets people talking chips and exploring the history. I Would like to come up with some ID’s that are proven wrong....I might argue a bit, but it means someone is working just as hard as I am on making correct ID’s.
