Good evening! I am getting quite excited about the convention. A few thoughts for people who are attending for the first time:

1. Volunteer. I have been to 4 Conventions and have met the most wonderful club members by volunteering. It's a great way to meet people and to ask about the "lay of the land."

2. Take your time when looking at chips. I was overwhelmed the first time I walked in and saw all the tables, all the chips, and all the people (not to mention all the chips I wanted to buy).

3. Take advantage of the speakers. I always learn something new from each speaker.

4. Remember to look at the displays, as they are always wonderful.
