I picked up these B.P.O.E. Chips about 4 years ago. I had never seen this type of B.P.O.E. Chip before. The chips have a textured surface and a smooth edge. I think they might be Chipco ?? Anyone else have any of these ?? The red chips have edge marks that look like the old Bud Jones plastic injected mold style chips.
