I got the card probably 10 or 12 years ago from a chip collector who knew I liked Tiger Woods. He was playing Blackjack at the Rio at a table with Tiger and Whoopi Goldberg. He asked Tiger for a souvenir/autograph and Tiger gave him his player's club card.
After I got the card - I put it in a slot machine at Harrahs and the screen came up with "Hello Tiger". This is how I know it was a legit card.
