Doug several things I would try. uninstall and reinstall ... several updates have been going on recently and you need to be current. Some players (like me) have installed both versions of Poker Stars ( .net and .com). You do not need to create 2 accounts same login for both. Dot net allows you to get free $12,500.00 every 4 hours, while dot com allows many features like hand history and player search. I use both and keep them updated. I have had troubles in the past logging in, particularly joining in late because of an update. Log in early to avoid any updates just before you start. Poker Stars.com can be used outside Nevada but, cannot be played for real money and you must check an agreement for .com.
