Gee Joon is a Pai Gow Tile term as opposed to the more popular Pai Gow Poker. I love playing tiles if i can find a lower $ table. You are correct, in tiles, Gee Joon means "Supreme" and is the best 2 tile hand in Pai Gow. The funny thing is that individually, each tile is the lowest rank. Kind of like having 2-3 being better than a pair of aces.
