I believe you will find all 3 of those chips are dead. Boulder certainly is.
The reason the GVR house was short lived was a load of counterfeits were passed.
At that time they obsoleted all old chips. I got stuck with a bunch of stuff, even LE $5's. Tried twice with no luck.
