In 1980 I drove to Vegas on a whim from Disney in SoCal of all places, on a Saturday night! All my favorite places sold out. Wound up at the Crest Motel near the El Cortez. About a year later, that same motel had some kind of carbon monoxide leak, and several guests died. Look it up!
