I live in a Del Webb community with a cluster of mail boxes total 14, about 25 % of the deliveries one or more letters are put in the wrong box. Our neighbors are very good about returning in person to the correct party, but many take short trips for 2-5 day's and don't receive the wrong letter for a week. Then on a few occasions bundles of mail have been left on top of the mail boxes. Must at new learning the route when we talk to the delivery person, the city no master doesn't care or help. I've lost checks, and time sensitive mail, about ready to open a P.O. box in the post office. Most hate their job and don't care, we lost a great guy who retired, he was super, knew most residents by name and very friendly.
