I picked up this chip a couple of years ago at an estate sale. The only casino/card room item I found other than a Target Club pencil. This guy was the Step son of Frank Barty....owner of the Target Club in Suisun City, Ca.
I didn’t know he had any connection to this Club until after he passed.

I do believe this chip is a Louis and Company sample. I think the Company might of been called Louis and Graham at one time as well.
I have seen one other example of this chip(also in red) in one of Doug Saito’s last couple of auctions. (I think?)
