I mail out a lot of chips in #10 envelopes. Maybe 200 in the past year. I've had one come back for postage due to the "large Flat" rate of $1.12. Go figure that one.
One came back as half an envelope that a machine tore apart, marked Non-Machineable, of course. The other half of the envelope was delivered to the buyer with the chip undamaged, still taped inside to the invoice in it's "soda 12 pack cardboard" cradle.
And one got away, never delivered.
So far, so lucky!
