Ed, when you say that you have that chip too are you referring to the hot stamp or crest and seal? The hot stamp was attributed by Frank Chalfant in the ChipGuide
I agree with everything you said. Of course one can hope.
One other point. As I mentioned before, many times crest and seals are the first chip ordered when a place opens. Subsequent orders are hot stamps or something cheaper. Do you know when the TAC opened? If it opened in 1933, it would make it very interesting
