They were sent to the Horseshoe Club and used at the Normandy too. (I believe)1949
They could of been used as ante chips or just color coded and valued by the color. I think some got overstamped with prices later.
If you look at The ChipGuide under Horseshoe Club Gardena....3rd chip down looks similar to these. I believe they might of been stamped twice, but maybe Mr Spragg knows best??
