The chip was submitted in the past by Jim Steffner, as a UFC. Somehow, it developed a "casino name" of "d5n". This has been called into question by a ChipGuide viewer, so can anyone confirm this name or correctly identify this chip? There could be a hint at proper orientation, as the holes may have been used to hold this chip, as a sample, in a book.
