I bought a mixed bag of chips and this was in it.....

Only place I could find it was "chipguide.com"

It read.....
"Was painted black with gold sparkles and presented on top of cupcakes for Benny's 70th birthday. Doug Saito calls it the Cupcake Chip."

Are there quite a few out there?
I'm new to collecting chips and I am thoroughly enjoying my new hobby!!!
