This is not chip related. Lately I have been trolling some Chinese sellers, bidding low on various things that look interesting or amusing. Many of the auctions look straight and I am out bid by high bids by a few bidders which does not bother me. What bothers me are a number of bids where I put in a low bid hoping the auction falls to me from lack of interest. Too many times I am out bid by the next jump and when I check the seller's items a day or two later, there is the item up for bids from the same seller. This is not just one Chinese seller.
