In the early 90's Chipco ceramic chips were the fresh, new design in chips ... in contrast to the various clay-molded chips we'd seen for years.
Chipcos won COTY awards for 3 years in a row (1991-92-93) with the designs shown on the face of this set. Chipco made these as commemorative / marketing pieces and sold them in a presentation box. I don't recall price at the time. I have one here somewhere.
Not particularly rare, so I'd estimate value (with presentation box) at $15-$20 retail, though buyer demand may be thin in current market. IMO.
