Never noticed it looked like boilerplate and came to every PayPal address I have. Kind of like the mail I get every day in the box. Most of the time I just use it for fire starter.

Always a good tip off, when they don't know our name or address or contact information that we registered with. Always go to the site from bookmarks and never from an email link.

so https://epl.paypal-communication.com/T/(long string of numbers and characters) isn't really PayPal? And besides it has a URL:phishing infection.

If that's really paypal they are out of touch.
