Hi,
In my opinion the view/experience is much, much better in the daytime! The High Roller is set so far back and positioned so that most of the Strip lights are hidden and at a bad angle. I mean - you get to see some and it is interesting to see where all of the lights are, but it is very anti-climactic. It isn't like being at the end and seeing the whole Strip lit up with all the signage. The Desert is pitch black and everything disappears from sight, During the day - on a clear day - you can see really far and see where the city is in relation to all the mountains and surroundings. The cars are comfortable as far as the climate control and are rock solid. There is no sway or rocking. It takes a half-hour for it to go around once and it is smooth as silk. They pipe in music and have multiple TV screen. I found it very enjoyable!
