You didn't include a picture of the chip in your post but I'm pretty sure I didn't have one. Jim Follis seems to have info on most of the Orleans chips and you might contact him. There were really a lot of Orleans promo chips released. You might check there and see if they might have a scan of the chip you're looking for.
