I have been looking for this NCV chip from The Orleans for a long time.
Could have been issued for the Chinese New Year or so. I only laid eyes on one while I was at the Orleans at the time.
As far as I know it was a special promotion issue for their best punters.

In the past I have asked many experts like Gene Trimble and others, but no luck.
Can you please help me to find this chip.
I live in Europe so I will not be able to attend the auction you mention.
