All good points. You're right that the red was an attempt at edge spots. I thought they were just smudges. I have four white chips with identical "Pan Tournament" on the front and different backs. There's the 10 cent in the auction Then I have one with NCV in gold hot stamp. Then I have two 25 cent chips. One with a gold 25 cent hot stamp and one with the same 25 cent gold hot stamp and then over stamped with NCV in blue. I rechecked and the 10 cent chip is blank other than the 10 cent marking. The hot stamp on the 10 cent chip is strange. The numerals seem to be a decal while the cents sign seems imprinted and is identical to the cents sign on the 25 cent chips. All in all a pretty odd group of chips.
