The last few years I have had the privilege of working with and for Roy during the convention.

He is one of the most organized and level headed people I have ever met.

When problems arise, as they always will during something that is as complicated as the convention, he always takes it in stride, finds a solution that works for everybody, and carries on with a positive attitude.

He is the best kind of ambassador for our organization!!!
