The Rundown from my experiences...
Stones Gambling Hall is actually 2 different gaming licenses operating in the same building. (Formerly the Lucky Derby and Phoenix Casino. They are separated in the middle of the building by a glass wall and each side has their own chips. Tavern and Saloon. The Tavern is where the play Blackjack, 3 card poker, Pai gow and other typical casino games. The Saloon is poker only. Limit/No Limit...Omaha....and tournaments. Poker room is normally pretty busy with 8-10 various tables going. I feel comfortable playing there. I usually play Omaha or 1-2 no limit. Just depends on how I feel. Last night I just didn't feel "lucky" so played a 3-6 Limit game so I wouldn't lose too much.
There are people who will raise every pot. There is 1 or 2 at most tables. Most of the patrons are friendly. It is a Safe Environment. The only place in the Sacramento area that I would "recommend ".
My next visit is Feb 15th.
