~~~ exactly what all they can do to grow the club, the club will listen... but an article (yes, a well thought out one) or a post or two; maybe four (?) ☺ is just not enough to fork over 75-grand upfront without showing some results... and, maybe, some type of performance structure will do the trick, though I still have that thought in the back of my mind when you explained that it's a tough nut to crack to expect club offices to step aside and let an an Executive Director run the show. Mabye, just maybe; some sort of agreement (give and take) can be discussed to at least get the ball rolling to see how far it can go, but just talking about it (yes or no posts) does not help. I do know for a fact action speaks louder than words... and maybe that is what's needed.
