I think this argument is foolish. casino chips arnt like sports cards or coins.
I wil bet anyone who collects chips can tell you the condition and don't need any one
else to tell them different.i have bought a lot of chips on ebay and never once have I been disappointed
with condtion. I want to know who could possibley tell someone like david spragg what condiyion his chip is in?
