Joel, I can guarantee you the reason you see those "98%" bracket of the chips not being sold is because they are already in the collections of those who collect them... 😁I seriously doubt any new collector who is building their collection from scratch is turning away from those chips being offered at the levels you speak of.

It's quite obvious that there are way more of any one common chips than there are collectors... ☺
