First off there are the chips with holes in the inlay and those with solid inlays.

Then there are denominations that have diffent colors for the same denomination (see the $25 chip for example or you 50¢ chip)

There are 10 denominations (maybe more) x 2 inlay types (holes/no holes) x number of colors per denomination. I say anyway from 40 to 100.
