3-5 years ago, Barona had a free online poker site which gave away valuable prizes for making the final table in tournaments.

Over the course of a couple years, I won a 2 night stay at the Barona Resort, a $100 gift card at their steakhouse, a $50 gift card, about 8 buffets, in total, and several smaller prizes, such as hats, t-shirts, $5-$10 food court vouchers, etc.

I believe a few of the larger tournament prizes included Ipod's and that silver bar you show.

It might have been used as something else as well..maybe for VIP's?

But if memory serves, that silver bar was used at one time as a prize in one of their many online poker tournaments..
