Both the Chip Guide and the latest Gaming Table give the same street address and list the city as Arwin, CA.

Armin Pfaender's latest edition say San Jose, but in the ABE chip listing's "misc. notes" section, he says "attributed" and "probably Arwin".

I went with Arwin - at least until any additional information becomes available.
