PAYPAL "LOAD MONEY" is back.....

https://techcrunch.com/2012/12/13/paypal-launches-prepaid-paypal-my-cash-card-allowing-cash-preferred-customers-to-shop-online/

My PC time read 12/12/2017 but the press release is "day" ahead.

They invited me to link my "bank credit card" to PAYPAL which I declined several times. Last month my balance was low so I need "$500" Cash Reload - but could not find the card anywhere near me.

I asked the clerk if this MC Master Debit card is re loadable, $ General "yes it is exactly what you are looking for" - big mess. Paid $500 cash to the clerk plus the fee for the card.

What a "hassle" - to call this or that number which I did spent several hours - lots of checks the ask and lots of offers of service they provided - went through - finally I got lost - I click off my phone.

Then the sent me another card supposedly already activated. I called in to activate and here comes the "drill" again, toward the end I click off again - I got the power to click.

Used my new Master Card Debit to link with My PayPal account - and started using my PayPal - they charged me every time I used the Paypal to this point - $5 payment with $1.38 fee, after using three times
I wrote to Resolution -with my balance I never paid fee before. Sent me here and there to right my "rights".

Hoping that with this old style and the introduction of LOAD MONEY I would not be paying fees using my cash balance.
