At our meetings, we have trading and selling of Casino Memorabilia which starts at 6 PM and resumes following the meeting. You are invited to both the meeting and trading sessions.
The Club also conducts an auction. You can see the list of items and scans in this message. In the event you are not able to make it in person, you are welcome to email me with your highest bid. Just include your CC>CC or SNCCC membership number and which lot you want to bid on. Payment for winning bid(s) will be due at the end of the auction. If you are an absentee winner, you will receive an Invoice.
You may bring any items for future auctions with you. Any form of casino memorabilia is welcome. The Club takes a 20% seller’s fee, unless you opt to donate all proceeds to the Club.
GUEST SPEAKER – Mr. Oliver Lovat, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with 20 years of investment, development, finance and transactional experience and is presently based in Las Vegas where he specializes in asset management of casino resorts. His published academic work is on the evolution of Las Vegas and Strategic Competitive Advantage, and Behavior and Attitudes of Millennials in Las Vegas. He is a regular columnist at Global Gaming Business and Gambling Insider Magazines and frequent speaker at ICE, G2E, and GiGS3. He holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences, Politics and International Relations, a PGC in Information Systems, an MSc in Real Estate Investment and MBA with a focus on Finance and Strategy. His is visiting faculty at Cass Business School in London and The UNLV PluS+ Center for Executive Development in Las Vegas, and former visiting faculty at The University College of Estate Management. He has brought over 450 MBA students to Las Vegas to study this city.
There will be a 50/50 raffle for cash and/or prizes which is quite fun! The December Auction will feature a 2-night stay at The Orleans Hotel Casino Spa on December 30 and 31, for a great News Year Eve getaway! (Note: The winning bidder MUST be able to provide a credit card, as required by The Orleans for check-in.
If you are not yet a SNCCC member or your membership has lapsed, I invite you to join the SNCCC. An annual membership is only $12.00 payable at the door. You are, of course, welcome as a guest to see what we’re all about and you can bring your friends as well!!!!!!!!!!
Our meetings are short which gives you lots of time to socialize and gain knowledge about whatever interests you with casino memorabilia.
Refreshments will be served.
