I thought it was well known. It was straight after Gemaco had the issue with the unshuffled multi-deck boxes. They probably figured Gemaco wouldn't survive the lawsuit

Aside from that, not sure how many cards Paulson produced in Mexico as they are still making them at the old TK Speciality factory in North NV, which I believe is now part of the new GPI headquarters since they moved from Industrial.
