Rich, When I worked at the Golden Gate in 1967 I would go over to the
Las Vegas club on my breaks to watch the Faro game which was always
pretty busy. Most of the players were old timers. No yelling or screaming,
Just a lot of action. I remember that they had cardboard in the pit for the
Bosses to walk on. Can't remember if the rest of the casino had carpeting
or not.
