My wife was helping someone clear out some old books. One was an old American history book. I noticed a similar bit of art work on an 1840 election poster and on a C&S chip I have. I wonder if USPC copied the History book version for the chip they made. The rendition of the art on the Mexican flag is a little different. The history book and chip order were both from 1917. Coincidence???????
