Chips were sent to Anthony Stagnaro in 1970, 71, 72, & 73. With multiple orders in some years. (Looks like about 13 orders)

****Could these chips have been used in Atascadero?? Sure....I just don't know. The guy could of moved...took his chips but it looks like he lived and died in the same area.
