These chips were sent to the same guy ...8 years apart to the same home address.

The ASC chips sent in 1967. He was listed as having Brown's Construction. Jess lived in the same home address 1964-1978. First listing of After Six Club ..1968

The 3600 Rio Linda Blvd was vacant in 1978.
The JB chips are attributed to Stuffy's Card Room in Rocklin, Ca (15 miles +/- from downtown Sacramento) I haven't looked into Rocklin directories as I don't have access to them. Most of these chips are in used condition..... so it is likely they were used there. Looks like Jesse Brown moved from his home and left the After Six Xlub in 1978? Maybe someone with first hand knowledge knows.
I will email a "Friend of the Hobby" that lives in the area and see what he knows.
