If you are referring to the A.B.C. CLUB chips pictured below.....
They were sent to Sacramento in late 1973. It was a large order, but I'm not sure they were used. Most of the chips I see are almost brand new. The address it was sent to has had card room(s) for many years prior. Another research project?? 🤔
