Not much you can do about the suntan but depending on the glue it may be water soluble. A few years ago I bought a full craps layout that had hundreds of chips and tokens glued on it. Sadly some were suffering from sunburn but the good news was the glue was completely water soluble and left no residue. It took hours to remove it all but it was worth it.
