Someone alerted me that you had asked a question here. Most of the slot card collectors don't read the ChipBoard but are active on the SlotCardBBS as a few people have mentioned.

This particular Harrah's Captain's Circle is a fairly rare Harrah's Atlantic City card that has a catalog value listed at $100 although the market has been down for some time now.
