You are encouraged to make offers, mainly because I do not have time to price 29,000 chips and can't be answering constant emails asking 'how much is this, how much is that' and then they don't follow through anyway.
If any offer is unacceptable I will counter.
I have to find a balance between achieving fair prices for the family and actually selling the stuff.
