So how does this work? I understand the sending an email with a list of chips to reserve for a later date, but what are the prices? Are we making offers? Going by the price guide? A percentage of the price guide?

I would like to reserve some chips but would hate to low ball something or make it so someone else does not get it because I do not understand. I definitely want to make sure the family gets what they need for expenses but do not want to cheat someone out of something to save a few bucks.
