I would tend to give the guy a break. Rumors are he has diminished mental capacity and he may have thought he was touching his wife Barbara or who knows what else. On the other hand, maybe he just wanted to cop a feel. I can't figure out why this victim didn't immediately say something or move his hand from her backside. Or the word "STOP THAT" comes to mind. His wife was standing right next to her for god sake.
