First, and foremost, I greatly appreciate your efforts in providing a decent scan. If a scan of the reverse can be supplied, I will post same on the chip guide.
While work is in progress to try to come up with a translation, it may be a while if every if one is fort coming. As a shot primer in Chinese characters, there are 3 (three) different styles. They would equate to block letters like one would make in grade school, the next as if you were writing in long hand (which each person's hand writing being different), and the 3rd style as if written using a brush as opposed to a pen or pencil.
In this case, it appears to be one of those monogram-type scribbling with characters all squashed together, and as such, it is difficult at best to determine what the individual characters are.
If I come up with anything at all, I will of course let you know, but for now, it is Unidentified at best.
